Silver Range Resources discovered a new Gold and Silver mineralization zone in southern Yukon, Canada

Silver Range Resources Ltd.  says that they have discovered a new Gold and Silver mineralization zone in the Hammer Zone within the company’s Silver Range Project in southern Yukon, Canada.

Samples assayed have returned between 1,420 grams per ton silver and 16,985 g/t silver as well as gold between 0.0086 g/t and 12.8 g/, the company says.

“It is a new discovery with no evidence of previous work,” the company says. “Most of the well mineralized, epithermal vein samples were collected from soil exposed along the floors of a series of steep walled depressions that cross a scarp at the end of a glacially truncated ridge.”

Silver Range is a Canadian-based precious metal explorer with two projects located in Yukon, Canada.
